Astrophysics and particle science today is largely created by theorists who mathematically create their visions for models, theories, and hypothesizes and expect experimenters to confirm that their equations and formulates are correct. However in the end; the correct observational conclusion is the main ultimate decisive factor determining if the vision is correct, because if the conclusions made are wrong then the theory is also wrong.

What are the observations telling us, and are the parameters used for making the conclusions correct?  Fundamental concepts for the real nature of energy, the misunderstanding of gravity, the complexity of light, and miscalculation of what is time, has caused misunderstanding and led scientific conclusions astray that leads into a scientific field that can be categorized as no-way science.

What is the direction the Universe is going into?  Is the vision of an expanding cloud that is speeding away at a faster rate at the edges that even tugs at light to stretch it as portrayed by present conclusions or is it really something else that is based on a sure foundation supported by known laws of physics?

It is known that the laws of gravity locks into place stars, galaxies and galaxies clusters that can only be altered if orbits come into closer contact however at the whole seen edge of the known universe, galaxies are moving away at a faster rate contrary to our known laws of gravity.  Wrong conclusions are a recipe for creating no-way science.  It should be established logically that it is not possible to have different laws for gravity at one part of the universe over another part of the universe.  This solid parameter based on the laws of gravity suggests that a wrong conclusion is being proposed to what is being seen by the redshifting of light.

Fundamentally there is a misunderstanding in physics about the nature of energy.  The energy of light decreases over distances, as does all energy expelled.  The majority redshifting of the spectral for elements seen in the light of distance stars and galaxies is a direct correlations from the lack of energy in light omitted.  The Doppler Effect measured is limited to nearby objects and after a certain distance the spectral shift is due to decreasing of energy in the light received.

Because light energy decreases over distances it also means that the Cosmic Microwave Background Radiation (CMB) is the measurement of the last detectable electromagnetic spectrum from the rest of the universe.  The last frequencies seen in the electromagnetic spectrum are radio waves and microwaves which are exactly what is seen in the CMB.  The cooler spots are areas between stars, galaxies, and galaxy clusters detected from the universe in the neighbourhood of stars that lies beyond our visual spectrum.

Hypothesizes offered:

1. Light (electromagnetic spectrum) seen is affected by distance not time.

2. Light does not stretch from space expanding but because the energy seen is weaker.

3. The energy of light decreased over distances.

4. After the Doppler Effect is no longer detectable the redshifting of a distance object is caused by the diminishing of observable electromagnetic energy as distance increase.

5. The CMB is the last and weakest electromagnetic spectrum energies emitted from distance galaxies and galaxy clusters beyond what is seen in the visual.

The above are fundamental concepts that have to be acknowledged and recognized in order for the visions of the Universe to progress to the next stage.
